i am unable to recieve a response DELL SUPPORT and
when I try pull up DELL SUPPORT I receive a message
"the net framework has been uninstalled " I have been able
obtain DELL SUPPORT when online. How can I activate Dell
Support from my desktop?

you should also be able to reinstall it from the dell cd

that you got when you purchased the computer. I believe
it's on the Dell Application cd that also has all your
other software you can reinstall like: antivirus
software, multimedia software, internet software and the
dell support software.
