Dell Support Update Failure

I OK`d an update to my support software, but the update
failed for some reason and I now get an error panel every
time I start up asking if I wish to send the error report
to Microsoft. How can I remove this annoying panel ?

go to control panel
select systems
select advanced
bottom of applet select error reporting
uncheck "enable error reporting"
but remember, this will stop all reporting to microsoft.
