Dell laptop bootable problem

Hi'
I have an inspiron 510m dell laptop , the problem is :
1- it dosen't detect the usb keyboard under dos ,so the usb keyboard
work only under windows
2- it dosen't boot from any usb device(hard disk or flash).
3- it boot correctly from bootable cds , but can't boot from bootable
dvds
 
You cannot boot from DOS because you apparently don't have a DOS USB driver
loaded on your "bootable" media. To boot from DOS or a USB device the first
thing that has to load is a USB driver.
