Dell Jukebox by musicmatch

I get an error that says
problem starting the process for newer version lookup.
When I click ok I get
The ini file was not found. Please copy it over to:
C:\Programs Files|MUSICMATCH\MUSICMATCH
Jukebox\Skins\Dell Phoenix\mmtheme.ini


HELP
