Dell Inspiron 8200 CDRW DVD Drive does not eject

I have a Dell Inspiron 8200 running windows xp and I recently am not
able to eject the DVD drive. When I push the button the drive spins
down, and then spins up and runs the CD/DVD as if I just opened it and
re-inserted it. I can use ye olde paper clip but that is really
getting old... please help.
My drive is the CDRW/DVD, Hitachi LG Data Storage, Inspiron, SIDE, TK

First - on giving your email address - never open unexpected attachments.
Even the expected should be scanned for viruses before opening. Microsoft
is not sending you patches by email.

Secondly - have you called Dell?
