Dell 775N NAS and Windows Powered OS

I have a Dell 775N NAS device running Windows Powered OS
(Windows 2000) will suddenly not respond. The server
seems to be up, but will loose connection to the network
and when you try to launch anything such as Control Panel
all that is displayed is the hour glass, then eventually
everything locks up. I have tried troubleshooting
through Dell but we couldn't find anything wrong. This
is just a file server so nothing out of the ordinary is
loaded. Anyone seen anything like this before??

Any help would be appreciated..Thanks

i think that u have to upgrd the dell 775N NAS hardware firmware .this
will solve this problem ...pravin
