Delivery Receipts - Help

XP Client
Server 2003 Shared Fax
Send a fax and choose a pop up (Messenger Service)
delivery receipt NOT email.
The fax sends consistently, but the pop up delivery
receipt will not work.
Net send command works to and fro server/client.
When sending a fax from the server, the pop delivery
receipt works sporadically.
Please help. Thank you!

Can you make sure, that the User hasnt logged on more than one machine.
Actually the title "Pop up message on this machine" should read as "Pop up
message to this user". If the user has logged in more than one machine, fax
service will send a pop up to one of his/her logged machines.
