I am trying to make it so that on my Outlook 2003 install
I have all new email go to a .PST that I created on a
mapped drive.
Here r the steps..
- I clicked on the Mail Icon in Control Panel.
- Clicked on Data Files
- Clicked Add and created a new .PST file
- Click Close.
- Clicked E-Mail Accounts
- Clicked Next
- For the "Deliver new email to the following location", I
selected the location for the new .PST file.
- Click Finish and Close.
- Started up Outlook and sent myself a test email from
another account.
- New email went to the Inbox on the Exchange Server
instead of the new .PST location that I specified.
- Clicked on Send / Receive and all my emails from the
Inbox got moved to the Inbox of the .PST folder.
- But new email is till going to the Excahnge Server Inbox
and not where I told it to go.
This is the exact same way I did it on Oultook 2002 and it
worked fine but not on Outlook 2003.
HELP..anybody.
