Other than deleting one at a time , is there a way to
select all and delete from this file?

No reason to download a file. Here's the instructions, assuming you're using
Windows XP:

1. Right-click the taskbar
2. Click Properties
3. Click the "Start Menu" tab
4. Click the "Customize" button
5a. If you're using the Windows XP Start Menu, Click the "Advanced" tab,
then click "Clear List" near the bottom
5b. If you're using the Classic Start Menu, click the "Clear" button

Whoa.... sorry, as you could see I posted that message quite late...... :( I
mis-read your topic and thought you were asking how to delete a file in My
Documents (I missed the "recent" in there, so I do apologize).
