Deleting

On highlighting a block of text in Word and then pressing
the delete key I get a balloon coming up asking if I want
to delete the whole block. This has not happened to me
before. Is there any way I can stop this happening? As
far as I know this does not happen to anyone else in our
company either.

Moira,

I haven't heard of a "ballon," but try
Tools>Options>General and uncheck both WordPerfect user
options.
