Deleting Windows 98 Files from XP

I Have upgraded to Windows XP Professional and Windows 98
Still Has files on My hard drive that is taking up a lot
of space, please tell me how to safely delete it from my
system, or do i need it?
Please help!!!!!!!

If you are not going to rollback the machine to Win98, you can remove the
backed up files. You could use Add/Remove Programs or Start> Programs>
Accessories> System Tools> Disk Cleanup to accomplish this task.
