DELETING USER ACCOUNTS

I cant delete a user account. System hangs and I get message MSHTA.EXE not respondin
 
Same deal here...I cant delete any accounts, it just hangs... Ive got all the needed updates from Microsoft, But still no luck
Can I just delete the folders and bybass the wizard?? Any help would be great, thanks.
