Deleting unwanted folders from default PST file

Is there any way to delete the folders I don't need in my default PST
file? Namely, I'm not using Journal or Notes, but I'm not allowed to
delete the two folders (the "delete" option is grayed out).

You can't delete Outlook's standard folders!
