Deleting Unwanted Files

How can I write a batch file to delete:
1. All Cookies.
2. All Temporary Internet Files.
3. All History files.
I am using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6.0.
My idea is to activate the batch file through an icon on the desktop.
Will appreciate any help.

Not a good idea to delete files in your Temporary Internet Files folders.
This will probably damage your Index. Best is to remove the index
completely.
