Deleting Temporary Internet Files

I cannot delete certain files in the Temp Internet Files
folder. They all contain internet links.
 
If your are using Microsoft internet explore you can go
to "tools" "internet options" "Delete files"
check "delete off line content" then check "ok"

Or right click on drive go to property and disk clean up
Check what you want to delete. This works for me.
