deleting temp files.

Draytonian

Every time I go to delete, I get as far as the control panel and my computer
turns itself off. I have tried system restore and the same thing happens. Any
advise would be appreciated.
 
Temp Internet files>Open IE7>Tools>Internet Options>Delete
OR, Start>Programs>Accessories>System tools>Disk cleanup>Delete them from in
there.
