Deleting stubburn files

I downloaded a movie file and i belive it might be a virus. I ran anti virus
but it found no infected files. The problem is i cant delete the file, there
is no delete oppstion and i have tried to move to recycle bin but i cant move
the file. I need help in deleting this file?
 
Hi Mike,
If the File runing a Processor on the OS try to Disable the Processor First
by Pressing ALT+DEL+CTRL , then try to delete the File but be sure you are
loged as admin.
if no joy try to log in Safe Mode and delete it from there.
