deleting Roaming profile from local machines

i have here a network of PC's running Win xp, a win 2003 server, and a
mountain of issues! one of which is that when a user logs on, it
creates a locally stored profile, but when logging off this is not
deleted. Isthere a way of doing this at all?? i am aware of the
Win2000 "fix", in Group Policies, but the same thing is not present in
Win2k. :(

any help PLEASE!!!!
 
You can use Delprof from the Resource Kit to do it.
