My user profile (profileA) became corrupted so I created
a new profile (profileB) and used that profile to delete
the corrupt one. Both accounts were administrator
accounts. While deleting the corrupt profile, I chose to
save the settings for the profile. So now I have two
folders in "Documents and Settings", one called profileA
and one called profileB. Logged in as profileB, I tried
to delete the folder "Documents and Settings\profileA"
but was unable to do anything to that folder (I couldn't
copy it, move it, delete it, or even look in it).
I want to know if there is a way to become "root" on a PC
so that I can delete any folder, including a private one
from an account that doesn't even exist anymore.
