deleting pictures in " My Pictures"

Somehow, hundreds of pictures have appeared ; not sure how they got there. Is
there a quick way of deleting pictures, rather than doing it singly? Any help
appreciated

Edit / Select All...

File / Delete...
(or just press your Delete key)

the pictures are not in one folder. each one is a separate file within My
Pictures. I have removed some of them by putting thme in afolder and then
deleting the folder, but there are still hundreds . is there a quicker way?

They are all in My Pictures folder according to your original post.

If you are sure you want to delete all of them............?

Open My Pictures folder and Edit>Select All>Delete
