Deleting old profiles

I know that the resource kit utility delprof.exe can delete unused profiles
on a local or remote system But it seems to function by date.

Is there a utility that can remove a specific account. Let's say a former IT
technician logged in with his own account to multiple systems. Is there a way
to kill off his account with something like delprof.exe but you specify the
account?

Thanks

Delprof.exe will delete profiles that have not been used in "x" amount of
time.

what about using the built in user account manager from that machine?

Errrr. You didn't read my message carefully. I don't want by "age". I want to
sepcifically remove an account by the account name [or SID]. I know about
delprof.exe. that's why I mentioned it.
