Deleting Offensive Toolbars

Hi --

Somewhere along the way a toolbar linking to very
offensive material was added to my browser without my
knowledge/permission. I can't figure out how to delete
this toolbar (listed as ISTbar) from my pull down menu.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
