delete unwanted toolbars

I am using XP Home and IE 6.

I have 2 toolbars in my list, right click in toolbar area
to view, that I am unable to remove.

How can I remove them?

One is ISTbar the other is SEARCH

The ISTbar had a program that I was able to remove.

First eliminate any scumware.
