Hi,
Would just like to know after deleting norton anti virus,
do I need to go into the C program files and delete what
is in there, I tried to, but it said it would affect
other programs so I didn't. Do these files stay on my
system forever if I don't have Norton System Works
anymore?
Thank you
BJ

BJ, if you used Norton's Uninstaller or did it from Add/Remove Programs then
you can delete the Norton Folder in
Program Files.

There may be files left over. Files created/added to the directory the
NAV/SystemWorks was installed will not be removed during the uninstall
process. Then, there is the NAV quarantine files.

Y.

Thank you so much. BJ

ok I did use the add/remove program, and when I went into
the program files to delete them, I get this! Cannot
delete NDRVEX.DLL: access denied Then it says make sure
the disk is not full or writen protected and that the
file is not currently in use. So what do I do now? Thanks
Bonnie
