How do I delete multiple items from "Recent Documents" without emptying the
entire contents?

Each time I select an item and delete it, I need to go back thru the
procedure to delte subsequent items. I have tried selecting individual items
while holding the "SHIFT" key and the "CONTROL" key as you would in selecting
multiple items elsewhere and it doesn't work.

Is there a key combination I haven't tried?

Thanks, George

In Windows Explorer, go to C:/Documents and Settings/{Your user Account} and
set to view hidden files. You will see the "Recent Documents" folder. Open it
up and you can delete multiple links there.
