Deleting Miliki Dialup accelerator

Recently, I downloaded an application which is suppose to
accelerate my download speed, which it didn't help at all.
Now I've found out that it has malicious scripts attached
to it, and I have tried everything that I can think of to
delete the application it won't. I have emailed the
manufacturer about it, I've heard nothing and don't
really expect to since their responsible for the
malicious script. Can someone PLEASE help as it is really
screwing up my system, pop-ups continue to be a problem
there are so many of them. HELP
