Deleting messages!

For some reason when I try to delete my messages from my Inbox, I keep
getting a message that says "Unknown Error has Occured". I have tried
restarting my computer a few times, but it has not fixed the problem. I seem
to have no problem deleting messages from the Deleted Box, just from the
Inbox.

To prevent this problem from getting worse, read

If you have McAfee or Norton antivirus, uninstall it. Reboot and try
Windows Mail again. Once you get your email working properly,
download and install a less troublesome antivirus program such as the
free Avast. Whichever antivirus program you keep, be sure to
disable its email scanning option.

If the undeletable message is still in your inbox, mark it 'read'
and ignore it for now. There are ways to start WinMail with a clean
slate, but like any drastic surgery some risk is involved.
