Do you have Outlook set to delete mail from server if you delete it in
outlook? (tools, email accounts, select yahoo acct, click change, then more
settings - look on last tab.)
As long as you don't have outlook set to delete from server when deleted
from outlook and aren't using an IMAP acct, you can delete in outlook and
not affect whats left online.
