I have installed programs that only I will use. The icons
appear on all the user pages (3). When I delete them on 1
user page (not mine) they are deleted on all user pages.
How do I delete the icons on the user pages who will not
use them, but leave them on mine? Thanks for any help. RB

Right click Start button
Select Explore and/or Explore All Users.
Then open the Programs folder.
Rearrange shortcuts that you want to appear in all users folders and then
put the ones you want in only one user's folder.

Right click on the Start button and select "Explore All Users". Click on the plus next to the Programs folder, then click on the folder for the program you are wanting. Repeat the above, this time selecting "Explore" This is your personal Programs menu. Move the specific shortcuts from All Users to the same location in your folder, then close both instances of Windows Explorer.
