deleting history

Most of the time when I go to internet optios to delete
history it doesn't delete Sometimes all of the history
items flash as if they were going to delete but they
don't.It does delete 1 item at a time. I have an
additional program called isystem wipe and it also is not
working properly to delete history Any ideas

You History folder may be corrupted. Delete the History folder, reboot, and
let Windows recreate it.
