deleting from E drive

I inadvertently dragged the Windows folder to my E drive
when preparing to burn some files to CD. Now I can't
delete the folders/files because the error message says
unable to delete; access denied. write-protected or in
use (they weren't).

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

drag it back where it came from, then you won't have to worry about deleting
it al all.
