Deleting FP files from hosting server

I currently use FP2000 for our office website. It is
hosted by SoverNet. We recently ran into a space issue
where I had run over my quota on their server. So,
naturally I deleted all the extraneous files and pictures
from my site. However, SoverNet stated that just because I
delete the files from my site, doesn't mean they get
deleted from the server and they can't delete them. So my
question: How do I delete/overwrite outdated files & pics
from the server's cache?

Thanks.

If you deleted them from your local web
with the local web open in FrontPage, and
then publish, FrontPage "should" prompt
you to delete them from the
server.

If not open the live / server version in FrontPage
and delete the files in "Folder view"
