Deleting Forms

I prototyped a new form based on a journal, and now have a couple of versions
I want to get rid of, but the option to delete (Tools | Forms | Choose
Form... ) is greyed out. How can I do this?

2000 IMO mode, you could also switch to CW mode.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at
