Deleting folders

Whenever I try to delete folders within Outlook 2007 I am told that I need to
change the permissions and that the "folder is full". This happens with all
types of folder (mail and post, tasks, contacts, etc.).

This only arose yesterday after a slug of downloads for both Vista and Office.

Any assistance appreciated.

POP/SMTP (all addresses)

(Outlook 2007 - Windows Vista Home Premium)

Thanks.
