deleting folders

I am trying to organize my folders on my c drive. When I try to delete a
folder it shows that it is deleting and freezes and I have to close out and
reopen windows explorer. The folder is deleted when I open it back up. Why
is it freezing just trying to delete one folder? Thank you.

Does Dr Watson appears with any error messages?

Does your machine has such a security update installed? The following link
