Deleting files

i seem to have difficulty deleting programes/files that i
don't want or use

Need more info. What method are you using to uninstall the programs?
Are these software packages or Windows components? What happens when
you try to remove these things?

Also... Please don't delete. Uninstall instead. An uninstall usually
removes more than just programs files and folders. By deleting, those
extras are missed. Reserve delete (and the extra manual cleanup steps)
for programs that leave you no other choices or that are damaged and
aren't able to uninstall normally.
