Deleting Files

When attempting to delete, move or rename files that I
have created the following message appears:

"Cannot delete (file name). It is being used by another
person or program. Close any programs that may be using
the file and try again."

I know of no other programs using the file. How do I
determine what program or programs are preventing the
modification or deletion of this file?

hey i got a similar problem....when i try 2 delete
somthin, it says access denied.
