deleting duplicate phone numbers

You could go to the design view of the table with the numbers. Click on the
phone number field, then in the bottom area click on "Indexed, No
duplicates". This will probably kick out all the duplicates, and will
certainly prevent new duplicates.
 
UUMMM, no that won't work. search for the thread "cannot make delete
duplicates query work"
