deleting documents

I have several documents that I have tried to delete and
they keep multiplying. I have sent them to Recycle bin
and they keep multiplying.
Please help me.

Do you have the Norton Protected Recycle Bin option installed by
chance? If so, right click the icon and select "delete all protected
files".
