Deleting .dll files??

Hi all,

I apologize if this a duplicate post, but i think my
original post didn't post. Lately i have been getting a
message when i turn the computer on that says "Shit.
Connection Failed". I tracked it down to a program called
ClientMan. I have no idea what that program is and how it
got there, but when i tried to delete it i couldn't because
there were .dll files. My question is what is ClientMan?
and how in the heck do i delete .dll files?
