Deleting desktop icons (multiple accounts)

Using XP Home, I'd like to know if it's possible to delete a desktop icon
from one account without it deleting the same icon from the other user
accounts. All accounts are set to admin, by the way.

The icons you seen the Desktop come from these two locations:

%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Desktop
%USERPROFILE%\Desktop

%ALLUSERSPROFILE% is the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users folder
%USERPROFILE% is C:\Documents and Settings\{Your User name}

The first location above is common to all the users, and any addition and
deletion of files will be seen by other users as well. The 2nd location is
specific to your profile only. Changes to the folder will not affect the
other accounts.
