Deleting Contact Email addresses

I have used Windows Mail in Vista Premium to send Pictures to people and
would like to delete their email address from Windows Mail. Everytime I open
mail to send something to someone when I key in the first letter of the
persons name all of the names I have sent mail to pop up in a column. I would
like to delete the ones I no longer use. Thanks for the help an everyone have
