Deleting Calendar in Public Folders

In our Office Outlook, we have calendars in public folders that were created by previous network users. They are no longer with the office and we want to delete these calendars. For some reason, the option to delete these calendars is not available. Why is that? Is there a way to delete these calendars
 
You should be able to use your Exchange administration tools to delete them.
