Deleting autocomplete email addresses

Hi,

I have an Outlook 2002 user who has, in his wisdom, entered several versions
of the same email address, only one of which is spelled correctly.

This now means that when he starts to enter this email address, Outlook
suggests several versions and he has to carefully ensure that he clicks the
right one.

Is there away of deleting Outlook's suggested email addresses either singly
(preferred) or all?

Many thanks.

Hi StepOne,

When the AutoComplete list begins to appear, use your arrow keys to navigate
the list and then your delete key to remove the incorrect address.

For future reference, next time you have a question, search for the topic
first. The answer is usually readily available and you don't have to wait for
a response. (For example, the reason I know the answer is I had the same
question a few months ago, searched this board and found it.) It's all about
saving time, my friend!

Warm regards,
Gillian

Hi GillianHG,

Many thanks.

On the other matter - my apologies. Although, in my defence, it can
sometimes be difficult to enter a short search phase that adequately
describes the problem. But I take your point.
