deleting an operating system on xp home edition

O

OS

Hi
I'm currently dual booted and would like to delete, the
OS for win2K server which is on the logical drive "E".
What is the best process to do this ( and eventually
delete the partition as well) without damaging my XP home
OS or mbr?
thanks for your help

Hi,

Boot WinXP, delete the Win2K system folders from E, or simply format it if
there is no other data on the drive worth saving.

Start/run C:\boot.ini

Remove the line that referenced the Win2K installation from the [operating
systems] section.
