I have a user running Outlook 2003; if the user deletes an email while it is
"opened" it disappears rather than going to the deleted items folder.
Deleting an email that is not "opened" puts it in the deleted items folder,
as expected. The user does not have any rules set up. Why does the email
that is opened disappear when it is deleted instead of going to the deleted
items folder?
