Deleted wrong XP account

I deleted the original "user" account and now I cannot add new accounts in XP Home .. tried to reinstall "update" but setup locks up

Thanks in advance for any help
 
Can you log on as the administrator?

Try doing that. You'll need to know the Administrator
account password to do this, but if you installed XP, then
you made this password (and should remember it...).
