deleted user name

I have accidentally deleted my user name and I can no
longer log onto my Windows 2000 desktop. Can you send me
instructions as to how I can log on and reset the user
name and password? Thank you.

If you the password of another *Administrator* user, you can
log in using that account and recreate your user. However, if
you have no other Administrator password:
