deleted toolbar keeps coming back

Is there someway to perminently delete a toolbar item? For some reason when
ever I delete it the item keeps coming back the next time I start up Outlook.
 
What is this toolbar item? Some, as from Hotbar or other spyware, are
notoriously hard to remove.
 
The toolbar item is called "Attach as Adobe PDF". It appears in "New Mail
Message" window when I want to compose an email. The toolbar item first
appeared after I installed Adobe Acrobat Standard. But for some reason I can
not uninstall only that plug-in for Outlook. Every time I delete the toolbar
item it keeps coming back. Any ideas?
