Deleted Switchboard

I deleted the switchboard that the 'wizard' created, and now I can't get a
new one to show up. How do I get a new switchboard to show up?

Check and see if you have table Switchboard Items. Rename it.

To summarize - the switchboard wizard creates two objects - the [Switchboard
Items] table and the [Switchboard] form. If you loose the switchboard form
or mess it up with coding changes, you can get the wizard to create a new
one by renaming the table so that NEITHER the table nor the form exist.
Once the new switchboard form is generated, you can delete the new table and
rename the old one and you are back in business.
